Have your say about the NSW Government Response to the Disability Royal Commission final report

The Disability Royal Commission final report has many recommendations. You can read the final report, including Easy Read and Auslan.

The NSW Government has to decide how to respond to these recommendations.  We are asking you two questions to help us decide how to respond:

  1. Which recommendations do you think are most important, and why?
  2. Do you disagree with any of the recommendations? Why?

We would especially like to hear from:

  • people with disability, their families, carers
  • advocates and representative organisations
  • disability service providers, unions and workers; and
  • peak bodies, academics and other organisations.

How can I have my say?

For stakeholders in the Education sector only, in recognition of the school holiday period, we will accept responses from these stakeholders by no later than 12 February 2024.
